Labor Rates

• General IT Support: $60/hour (1-hour minimum)
• After-Hours / Emergency Support: $120/hour

Flat-Rate Services

• PC Tune-Up & System Optimization: $30 flat
  Basic cleanup, startup optimization, performance improvements, and system health checks.
• Virus & Malware Removal: $60 flat
  Threat detection, removal, and post-cleanup verification.

Included Hourly Services ($60/hr)

• Device setup & configuration
• Data transfer & backup
• Wi-Fi setup & troubleshooting
• Printer install & troubleshooting
• Operating system troubleshooting

Hardware Upgrades

Hardware upgrades are recommended when they provide noticeable performance improvements.

• Parts: Customer pays cost of hardware (or purchase through Lockwood IT)
• Installation Labor: $30 flat per device
