Choose a remote session online. Tell us what’s going on so we come prepared.

We reach out
At your appointment time, we’ll contact you and send a secure, one-time connection link.

You allow access
Open the link and approve the connection. You can watch everything we do on your screen.

End any time
When we’re done, the session closes. You can also disconnect yourself at any moment.
Before your session
- Be at the computer that needs help, turned on and connected to the internet.
- Have any passwords you might need handy. You type them yourself; we never need to know them.
- Save and close anything you’re working on.
- We never record your session or copy your files without permission. If we screenshot anything, it’s only the error, not your personal info. Details
Stay safe from scams
- We only connect for sessions you booked or asked for.
- Real tech support won’t cold-call you, pop up a warning telling you to call a number, or ask for gift cards.
