Home remote Quick Fix is $35 for one small issue. Other remote jobs have their own flat rates, or general home remote support is $65/hr. Anything not listed above. 30-minute minimum charge ($32.50), then billed in 15-minute increments. Business remote support is $85/hr. Help desk for your team. 30-minute minimum charge ($42.50), then billed in 15-minute increments.
Home on-site labor is $85/hr; business on-site labor is $95/hr. Both have a one-hour minimum, then 15-minute billing increments. Travel is included within Crossett city limits. Additional travel charges outside this area are quoted before booking. You approve the price before work starts.
What do I need for remote support?
A PC that boots into Windows, working internet on that PC, permission to use remote support, and an administrator account or someone available to approve administrator prompts.
